New Patient Portal

NEW PATIENT PORTAL COMING OCTOBER 22, 2025

We are excited to announce the launch of our new patient portal! We hope this new portal provides you with an even better experience in managing your family's health information!

Welcome emails will be sent out the afternoon of October 22nd.

If you did not receive a registration email and wish to register for the portal, please contact your practice site. 

The portal will allow you to view your child's drug allergies, medications, growth charts, vaccines (including a forecast of upcoming shots), request a medication refill, pay your bill, and view your child's appointments. We will also send some forms, visit summaries, and other documents to the portal for your convenience.  Please note, our previous portal is now inactive and "read only". In order to continue accessing up to date patient information or make the above requests, you must register for the new portal.
